Good to know you’re ok. The running out of petrol got me thinking of how we run out of ‘petrol’ in our lives. Feeling low, tired, can’t be bothered, no point, sort of thing. Sometimes we just need to sit on the side of the road of our own lives for a while. Laugh at ourselves. Or cry for a while. Or just stare at the road. Sometimes the petrol to fill our cars is inside us and we just need to search for it.

You’re right there when things go wrong we always have a choice.
It all depends on our attitude in life.
We can always find learning from our experience and that’s what makes us a better person.
when the situation is tough why make it harder. Liberate yourself, breathe and look at the brighter and lighter side around you at that given moment. They could be the reason for such to happen.
Thanks to your video and for reminding us that ” breakdowns” happens no matter what.

What is important is not giving up and trusting that help is on it’s way as we continue our journeys in life.

I’ve been showered with love, encouragement and support from so many dear people in my life.
I find myself in a position of trying to understand when opposing energies show up and find myself taking it personally.
Your message reminded me how to relax in the moment,to trust the process and to allow life to unfold in it’s perfection.
It also reminded me of how grateful I am that I have a girlfriend that teaches laughter yoga.
Sometimes we have to laugh at life’s situations as the opportunity for growth and expansion is offered.
My husband always says that everything is perfect just the way it is.
