How To Pimp your Brain With Online Brain Training Games
For the last year I’ve been testing an online brain training game – my ‘secret weapon’ to increase my brain’s ability to focus for extended periods of time. If you’re not using them (or some other form of brain training), chances are that your brain is getting slower and fuzzier as each year passes…
In this video…
- You’ll learn the FIVE most important areas of your brain that you need to exercise if you want to make sure that your brain performs better as you get older.
- I’ll show you around my favorite online brain training game and
- I’ll show you how you can access these cool brain games for free.

Bruce,
Thanks for reminding me of this..
The Brain is a muscle and keeping it focused and trained is really important,
I like Tai Chi as you know.. combining mind and body training..
The Nintendo Dsi is great – if you haven’t got one yet.. it’s great got Brain Training and easy to carry with you
See you soon,

Hey Bruce – I must agree about the site. I subscribed when you first mentioned it WARNING it is as addictive as you had said it was. I have found amazing improvements in myself and also would highly recommend it.
Ciao and have an incredible day filled with lots of love and other magic

Dear Bruce,
This is really fun, I did between good and very good with the birds, even though english is not my mothertongue and I’m a so called senior. I’m impressed with myself! Thank you so much for the site. I’ll see how far I get in one week.
Love,
Didi
Bruce, I love Lumosity. My best is the math drops but I suck at the Monster Garden when they pop up more than four monsters! It’s way cool though and since I’ve got Alzheimer’s in the family, I’m all about doing what I can to keep exercising my brain.
hey Bruce,
looks like you having a lot of fun. I wish I had your life man(kite surfing/mind games/carribean etc).If only studying for medicine could be so much fun….
Bruce,
I have enjoyed the info you have shared in my e-mails. Thanks for this resource, I have had concerns in some of these areas since hitting middle age!
Yesterday I wanted to play a game to take a break. My favorite game (called 1602) has lost it’s thrill – I’ve been playing it for many years. This is perfect, as was the timing – THANKS!
Thanks again Bruce for another great tip. As always you deliver great information and are enjoyable to watch. You make the viewer feel like a friend you are sharing info with.
A friend of ours in Laguna Beach, Michael The Hammer Man Lavery has developed some amazing ways to develop the brain. It is truly incredible to watch the results. I am sharing because I know you have an interest in this subject. Check it out at http://www.wholebrainpower.net/

Hey Bruce, As usual you are challenging me in my retirement.
Fun whilst doing exercise (mental).
Baie dankie, Colleen
LOOKED PRETTY INTERESTING – LIKE THE CHART LOGGING HOW ONE IS DOING OVER TIME.
Intriguing for sure. Would like to excercise my brain, as it has slowed down immensely. Will give it a bash and compare over time. Thank you for the insight!!
Thanks for the insight/reminder. I’m signing myself up for some mental excercise, and getting my kids enrolled too! This is really going to get my focus and energy levels up, what fun!
Ciao!
