The theme for TEDxSinCity is “The Evolution of Consciousness and Culture”, or said in other words, what’s next for the human race if we want to continue to thrive on this planet.

Our intention in hosting TEDxSinCity is to spread ideas designed to accelerate the evolution of the human race.

Why would we want to do this?

It is our opinion that if the human race continues on its current path, our environmental, economic and social structures will not be able to sustain the strain we are putting on them and eventually collapse.

We (as humans) need to do something different.

What if the solution to or global challenges can’t be found standing in old paradigms?

Perhaps the solutions to our global challenges are not going to emerge from fixing broken systems, but rather from creating new contexts and ideas that aren’t tied to old systems that no longer work.

Perhaps we need new paradigms to get us to a place where the consciousness and culture of the human race evolves.

These are the kinds of questions, ideas and paradigms we’ll address at TEDxSinCity.
