MY BIO
Bruce Muzik is a relationship repair specialist and the founder of Love At First Fight, the online education company behind his flagship program, The Conflict Cure.
Known to his clients as "The Couples Whisperer," he teaches a connection-first approach to relationship repair.
Most relationship experts tell couples to communicate better. But when people feel emotionally unsafe, even the best communication tools fail. When they feel safe, seen, and connected again, communication takes care of itself. That one insight - connection first, conversation later - has made Bruce one of the most sought-after relationship repair specialists in the world.
Known as "The Couples Whisperer," Bruce has helped more than 50,000 people at the breaking point stop having the same fight and feel like a team again, including cases that couples therapists had already given up on. Even therapists at Harvard refer their most difficult clients to him.
His work draws on attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, and 16 years of frontline work with couples in crisis - from war veterans and professional athletes to Hollywood producers and everyday people who thought their relationship was done.
Born and raised in apartheid South Africa, Bruce gave a hit TEDx talk on honesty and human connection that has been viewed more than three million times. He splits his year between the Dominican Republic and South Africa with his wife.
When not guiding couples toward reconciliation, Bruce can be found kite surfing, tearing through the desert on his dirt bike, or rocking out on his guitar.
